After your exposed information is identified, our team immediately gets to work on removing the data. While some sites are instantaneous, some can require multiple weeks and multiple follow-ups. Our team will keep you informed on your removal progress on a site-by-site basis in your dashboard.
Many data brokers, whether through negligence or malfeasance, will often republish your data several weeks, months, or even years after opt-ing out. We consistently rescan these data brokers to ensure they're complying with your privacy rights.
If you have a specific data broker you wish to remain with, please let us know prior to registering. We opt-out of all major data brokers, but this does not include social medial sites or positive references found online.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will have access to your premium services until the end of your current billing period.
Many competitors will require you to have annual commitments, we don't believe in forcing that. We offer the flexibility of month to month pricing. We also offer an annual plan at a significant discount.
If you're unhappy with our service within 30 days, please reach out to our team and we'll be happy to issue you a refund.
If your information is listed on a site that we're not covering, please let us know and we'll work on getting your information removed. Please note, we can't offer for refunds custom removal requests.
